Voice Out is OTL’s annual juried youth media arts exhibition, showcasing photography, digital illustration, and mixed media created by San Diego artists ages 8–25. This year, through the lens of Wonder, we celebrate nearly 200 submissions and 25 years of amplifying youth voice.

Outside The Lens is hosting a “Re-Imagining Borders” photography contest in collaboration with the Museum of Photographic Arts, Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting, Trans-Border Institute, and Worldlink.
