Bibhu received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UMASS, Amherst in 1993. He has contributed to the worldwide cellular revolution through his work on CDMA Cellular Base Station architecture, protocols, and algorithms at Qualcomm.

Caroline is a seasoned nonprofit arts leader with over two decades of experience in fundraising and community engagement. She drives strategic initiatives at the Mingei—building partnerships and securing resources to advance their mission of cultural heritage and artistic expression.

Ivy has a distinguished five-decade business career as an entrepreneur and business owner. She co-founded a computer company in 1976, sold it in 1993, chaired two private advisory boards through Vistage International and now leads consulting teams for Amplified Impact Partners to increase capacity for San Diego nonprofits. Ivy holds a Master’s in Organization Development from Pepperdine University.

Kylie is a print and graphic communications professional specializing in client relationship and production management. She is passionate about expanding access to creative career pathways and connecting young people to opportunities within the print and design industries.

Valerie Jaimes is a Chicana from Santa Barbara who is a dedicated community leader with a passion for youth empowerment through educational programming and cultural preservation. With ten years in the nonprofit sector, she stands as an advocate for Arts Education equity.

Elisa Thomson, a passionate educator, entrepreneur, and photographer, founded Outside The Lens (OTL) in 2001, with a vision to empower youth to tell their stories through photography.
